Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Slot, including the website, PWA, mobile web interfaces, profiles, calendars, bookings, notifications, paid subscriptions and other features ("Platform"). The Ukrainian version prevails over any translation.
1. Acceptance
1.1. By using the Platform, creating an account, booking a service, creating a Master profile, paying for a subscription or continuing to use the Platform after an update, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, for paid features, the Public Offer Agreement.
1.2. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use Slot on behalf of a company, individual entrepreneur or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
1.3. The Platform is intended for persons aged 18 or older. Younger persons may use Slot only with participation and consent of a legal representative.
2. Role of Slot
2.1. Slot is a digital platform for searching Masters, viewing profiles, creating and managing bookings, maintaining a calendar, receiving notifications and supporting Master workflows.
2.2. Masters are independent professionals or business entities. Slot does not employ Masters, does not manage their professional activity, does not guarantee the result of their services and is not a party to the agreement between a Client and a Master for the actual service.
2.3. Slot may provide Masters with a paid Master Subscription. Payment, activation, refund and LiqPay terms are described in the Public Offer Agreement.
3. Accounts and Security
3.1. Some features require an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information, keep it up to date and not create accounts using false or third-party information.
3.2. You are responsible for access to your account, devices, email, phone number, one-time codes and other authentication tools. Notify us at find.slot.ua@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3. We may restrict, suspend or delete an account if there are signs of a breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, illegal activity, violation of another person's rights or a competent authority's request.
3.4. Account deletion may be temporarily restricted if there are active bookings, unfinished payments, chargebacks, legal disputes or legal retention obligations.
4. Bookings
4.1. A Client creates a booking by choosing a Master, service, date, time and other available parameters. Before confirming a booking, the Client must check the service, price, address or service format, duration, cancellation policy and contact details.
4.2. The Master is responsible for keeping the schedule, prices, service descriptions, cancellation policy, address, online/offline format and other Client-facing terms accurate and up to date.
4.3. A booking may be cancelled or rescheduled by the Client or Master within the Platform features and the policy shown in the interface. If no specific policy is shown, the parties must coordinate cancellation or rescheduling directly.
4.4. Slot may automatically cancel or change booking status in case of a technical error, expired confirmation, Master unavailability, breach of the Terms or safety requirements.
5. Master Services
5.1. The Master independently determines services, prices, duration, place of service, cancellation policy, contraindications, Client requirements and other actual service terms.
5.2. The Master must have all permits, licenses, qualifications, certificates, sanitary conditions, insurance, tax registration and fiscal cash register or software cash register tools where required for the Master's activity.
5.3. The Client independently assesses whether the Master's service is suitable, informs the Master of important information needed for safe service provision and follows the Master's lawful and reasonable instructions.
5.4. Disputes about quality, safety, actual performance, lateness, no-shows, refunds for Master services or documents for such services are resolved between the Client and the Master. Slot may assist with communication but does not replace a court, regulator or professional body.
6. Payments
6.1. Current online payment in Slot is used for the Master Subscription, unless the interface for a specific booking expressly states otherwise.
6.2. Payments are processed through LiqPay, a payment service of JSC CB "PrivatBank". Slot does not store full card credentials, CVV/CVC or PIN codes.
6.3. By paying through LiqPay, you agree to the rules of LiqPay, the issuing bank and applicable payment systems. A payment may be declined or reviewed for security, financial monitoring, technical failure, insufficient funds or other reasons under payment participant rules.
6.4. All prices in Slot are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia unless expressly stated otherwise. Bank, LiqPay, payment system or currency conversion fees may apply under the rules of the relevant payment participant.
6.5. Refund terms for the Master Subscription are set out in the Public Offer Agreement. Payment or refund terms for Master services are determined by the relevant Master unless Slot shows otherwise before payment.
7. User Content
7.1. You are responsible for content you add to Slot, including name, photos, profile descriptions, services, prices, reviews, messages, address, schedule, portfolio and other materials.
7.2. You confirm that you have rights to publish such content and that it does not violate intellectual property rights, image rights, consumer rights, advertising rules, medical confidentiality, privacy or other third-party rights.
7.3. You grant Slot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, technically copy, adapt to Platform formats and distribute your content within Slot's operation and promotion of your profile on the Platform.
7.4. We may hide, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, the law, another person's rights, payment system rules or creates risk for users or the Platform.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, misleading or discriminatory activity;
- publish services, goods or content prohibited by law, LiqPay rules, payment system rules or these Terms;
- impersonate another person, use another person's data or create fake bookings;
- bypass paid features, interfere with Platform operation, scan, scrape or copy data without permission;
- upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or security testing without written permission;
- harass, threaten, humiliate or behave dangerously toward Users, Masters or the Slot team;
- use Slot for spam, unauthorized advertising or collecting contacts outside the booking purpose.
9. Availability and Platform Changes
9.1. We aim to keep Slot stable, but the Platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, failures, cyberattacks, third-party actions, power outages, communication interruptions or other circumstances.
9.2. We may change, add or remove Platform features. If a change materially affects an already paid Master Subscription, the guarantees and refund rules in the Public Offer Agreement and applicable law apply.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Slot, its design, software code, interfaces, logos, trade marks, texts, data structure and other Platform elements belong to the Operator or its licensors, except user content and third-party materials.
10.2. You do not receive ownership of the Platform. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Slot according to these Terms.
11. Personal Data
11.1. We process personal data according to the Privacy Policy. By using Slot, you agree to data processing to the extent needed for Platform operation, contract performance, support, payments, security and legal compliance.
11.2. A Master who receives a Client's personal data through a booking must use it only to organize and provide the service, must not share it without a legal basis and must comply with personal data protection laws.
12. Disclaimers and Liability
12.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all devices or meet every user expectation.
12.2. Slot is not responsible for actual Master services, Client actions, errors in Master profiles, decisions of banks, LiqPay, payment systems, telecom operators, map services, authentication services, email or push providers and other third parties, unless the law expressly provides otherwise.
12.3. To the extent permitted by law, Slot is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data or other consequential damages connected with using or being unable to use the Platform.
12.4. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or any other liability that cannot be limited by contract under Ukrainian law.
13. Termination
13.1. You may stop using Slot at any time if there are no active obligations, bookings, payments or disputes that must be completed.
13.2. We may suspend or terminate access to an account or specific features in the cases described in these Terms, the Public Offer Agreement, law, a competent authority's request or payment system rules.
13.3. After access ends, provisions on payments, refunds, liability, intellectual property, personal data, disputes and provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective.
14. Changes to Terms
14.1. We may update these Terms. A new version becomes effective upon publication unless it states otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
14.2. If changes materially affect paid features, payments or user rights, we may ask you to reconfirm consent before the next payment or continued use of the relevant features.
15. Law and Disputes
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
15.2. Requests and claims should be sent to find.slot.ua@gmail.com. We review requests within a reasonable time, or within a special statutory period if one applies.
15.3. If a dispute is not resolved by negotiation, it shall be heard by the competent court of Ukraine according to jurisdiction rules.
